Large, Open 4 Bedroom just Blocks to the Water on Cozumel!
Casa Lucy is a large contemporary villa surrounded by tall coconut trees and tropical plants, located just four blocks from the waterfront.
The main level consists of a large foyer and an open living room and dining room area just off the kitchen.
There is a Satellite TV and VCR, fully equipped kitchen, and air conditioning throughout with all bedrooms having individual window units.
Just to the right of the foyer area are two bedrooms. The first is a large bedroom with two double beds and door to the backyard garden patio and pool. The other bedroom has a double bed and spacious private bathroom with an enormous sunken shower.
Casa Lucy's third bedroom on this second level has a king bed and another large private bathroom. The fourth bedroom which is accessed from the outdoor terrace is small but comfortable with one double bed and windows facing three different directions.
Going up the marble staircase, the upstairs landing takes you to the third bedroom or the outdoor terrace. The second level rooftop terrace has chairs and is a good place to catch some sun.
The backyard includes a large fresh water pool, patio furniture, and furnished palapa which provides a shady haven for our guests. Considering all the benefits of the location, the swimming pool, and sleeping capacity, the Casa Lucy is a very comfortable home for families and groups
