This large luxury oceanfront condo located in the exclusive north end of Cozumel has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, but can be reserved as a 2, 3 or 4 BR unit.
There is a full kitchen, dining room that seats 8, Central A/C, cable TV, DVD/VCR, free high speed internet access and free long distance phone service to the USA and Canada. There is also a salt water swimming pool that is shared with the 13 other condos within the complex. The swimming pool is exclusive to those staying within the Puesta del Sol complex. There is fabulous snorkeling right in front of the condo!
There are two master suites, each with a king size bed, private bath and sliding doors that open onto the ocean view terrace. Both masters feature bay windows with breathtaking ocean views, spectacular sunsets and the sights of the town of San Miguel.
The third and fourth bedrooms each have queen beds, and share a bath that is conveniently located down the hall from the kitchen. These colorful and inviting bedrooms both have large windows with jungle views.
Location:
The condo is located in the modern Puesta del Sol Phase II building, just 1.5 miles north of town, 4 miles from the
airport and next to the Puerto Abrigo Marina. Guests need to walk about 100 yards to the nearest beach.

The island bedrooms have recently been painted. New artwork and pottery have been added to every room. The owners have also bought new living room furniture, a coffee table, end tables, 32" flat screen TV, dining room table, dining room chairs, dining cabinet, and patio furniture!
